Community Re-Entry ProgramThis program is designed for those residents with potential for community re-entry. Each resident has an individualized program designed to increase independence of Activities of Daily Living (ADL) while participating in the vocational program or cognitive rehabilitation program for up to six hours per day. Residents may have
long-standing mood,
thought, seizure,
cognitive, and/or
behavioral disorders that
are stabilized by ongoing
neuropharmacological
management, behavior
management, and/or
environmental structure.
These disorders may
preclude clients from
being able to maintain
competitive employment,
to live independently, or
be able to return home to
live.
